The Softball Austin Board of Directors (Board) shall be composed of the Commissioner, Open Division Assistant Commissioner, Women’s Division Assistant Commissioner, Competition Coordinator, Operations Coordinator, PR /Social / Fundraising Coordinator, Treasurer, and Secretary, each of who shall be elected as provided in the Bylaws and/or Rules. All Board members serve two-year terms.
